Our Approach
Common Concerns We Treat
-
Traumatic experiences can cause deep distress and disrupt many areas of life. You may feel anxious, on edge, overwhelmed by intrusive memories, and find yourself withdrawing from the people and activities you once enjoyed. Trauma-focused psychotherapy can help you process the experience, strengthen your resilience, and reconnect with your life in meaningful ways. We offer evidence-based treatments for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
-
Depression is more than feeling sad — it can affect your motivation, relationships, and overall quality of life. You may lose interest in activities you once enjoyed, struggle with sleep, appetite, or concentration, and feel weighed down by hopelessness. Though depression is one of the most common mental health concerns, it is also highly treatable. Psychotherapy can help you reconnect with meaning and engagement in your life. We offer evidence-based treatments for depression, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
-
Anxiety can show up in many ways, including racing thoughts, tension, restlessness, or sleep difficulties. You may find yourself worrying excessively, feeling on edge, or avoiding situations that cause distress. Over time, anxiety can interfere with your daily life and sense of peace. Psychotherapy can help you understand your anxiety, develop effective coping strategies, and re-engage in the activities that matter most to you. We offer evidence-based treatments for anxiety, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
-
Major life changes — whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a change in your relationships, a new or ongoing health challenge, or a shift in your personal or professional role — can leave you feeling unsteady or unsure of what comes next. In psychotherapy, you’ll find a space to process these experiences, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
-
Healthy, lasting relationships are essential to our well-being, but they can sometimes be challenging to maintain. You may struggle with trust, experience tension, or feel that your needs are not being met. Psychotherapy provides a supportive space to develop new ways of managing emotions and expressing your needs, while transforming unhelpful patterns to build stronger, more fulfilling connections.
-
Work can be rewarding, but when it’s constant, it can leave you feeling drained and disconnected. Endless hours, changing priorities, and blurred boundaries don’t just affect your productivity — they can erode your motivation and overall well-being. Psychotherapy can help you identify the sources of burnout and develop a healthier balance between your career and the rest of your life.
